We validate your PO and ASN. Our carriers follow Amazon’s latest FBA & Vendor rules — including pallet type, labeling, and slot booking.
We only work with carriers Amazon already trusts. They book the FC slot directly, know the check-in process, and deliver with precision.
From ASN errors to pallet prep questions, our team knows the Amazon inbound process inside out. We actively prevent rejections and streamline every step.
Our team is here when it matters — fast, clear, and committed to solving issues. From PO mistakes to FC delivery checks, we’re in your corner.
Behind every successful Amazon delivery is a carrier who knows exactly what to do. At Cargors, we work with a handpicked network of Amazon-preferred carriers — from large international operators to specialized pallet freight experts. These carriers don’t just deliver — they book FC slots, follow Amazon protocols, and ensure your goods are delivered on time, the right way.
All handled by logistics professionals who do this every day.
Avoid Rejections. Get It Right the First Time.
Before shipping to Amazon, make sure your pallets meet these requirements:
To ship pallets to an Amazon Fulfillment Center (FBA or Vendor), you need the following:
A valid PO number (Vendor) or shipment plan (FBA).
A confirmed ASN (Advance Shipment Notification) in Seller or Vendor Central.
Pallets that meet Amazon’s inbound requirements:
Wooden Euro or block pallets (no plastic)
Max height: 180 cm (including the pallet)
Properly wrapped, labeled, and secured
đź’ˇ Cargors-tip: Double-check that all labels and documents match your ASN to avoid rejection at the FC.
The assigned carrier books the delivery slot via Amazon’s platform (e.g. Carrier Central or Amazon Relay).
At Cargors, we only work with Amazon-preferred carriers who are trained and authorized to handle this step.
You do not need to book anything manually — we take care of assigning the right carrier who will do it for you.
No — the shipper (you) is responsible for providing a valid PO number and a confirmed ASN. Cargors does not access or manage your Amazon Seller or Vendor account.
However, during booking, we’ll prompt you to submit this information, and notify you if anything is missing.
Yes, you can ship just one pallet — or multiple.
Cargors has no minimum volume requirement, and we serve both small and high-volume Amazon sellers and vendors.
You’ll still benefit from preferred carrier access, compliant handling, and proof of delivery — whether it’s 1 pallet or 24.
Once the carrier completes delivery at the Amazon Fulfillment Center, a digital Proof of Delivery (POD) will be made available in your Cargors dashboard.
PODs are typically uploaded within 2–5 business days after delivery. If needed urgently for a support case with Amazon, you can contact our support team directly.
